Title: Paddling in Tasmania

Talk about Australia and most people think of vast deserts, tropical beaches and kangaroos.  Not many know much about Tasmania - Australia's island state.  From spectacular coastal cliffs, breathtakingly remote wilderness rivers, steep creeks and grade 5 whitewater in the middle of a city, Tasmania offers a lot to paddlers.

Jonathan Males has seen kayaking develop in Tasmania from the mid 70's to the present day, and has several first descents to his credit, including the River Lea, now site of the popular extreme race.   This is your chance to go on a virtual tour of the island and discover a little known gem in the paddling world.
